Service Description

Our classes run for 8 weeks, 2 days a week, 2hrs a session. We cover 8 topics, 1 topic each week. Classes are conducted on Zoom.  Lessons: • Benefits of running  • Strength and Conditioning  • Nutrition  • Speed, strength, endurance, fatigue, • Avoiding injuries, warm up, recovery  • Running plans for middle and long distance • Teamwork  • Recording progress through real time data.
