Meet Milcah

I am a Kenyan former World champion, Olympic medallist, Diamond League Final Winner, and current Team Kenya athlete’s representative. I am an International Olympics Committee Certified Sports Safeguarding Officer. In 2013, I made History by becoming the first Kenyan woman to win the World 3000m steeple chase in Moscow, Russia.

 

I am passionate about helping all runners at all levels improve their performance and achieve new goals. I understand the dedication and hard work that is required to become a successful runner.

 

I am here to help you every step of the way through our classes. I will help you build strength, endurance, and speed. I will provide information, tips, guidance and advice on how to improve your running performance so that you can reach new heights.
